Meals on Wheels Ballyfermot
This service assists people in the Ballyfermot community who were having trouble preparing and cooking a main meal for themselves. The meals are prepared and cooked fresh by our chef every day and particular attention is paid to service users with special dietary requirements. Depending on the individual needs, they can avail of the service Monday to Friday or fewer days if required. We cover all areas in Ballyfermot.
Fundamental to this service is our delivery drivers they build up a relationship with the individuals receiving the meals. When the delivery drivers finish delivering the meals, they return to our centre and feedback on how the deliveries went. If individuals don’t answer the door or seem unwell the next of kin is contacted immediately.
